Did you see the looks on the faces of Glenn, Maggie and Tara?? Even his own group was shocked at the sheer brutality of Rick's plan.

Admittedly No, I'll have to watch again, I was too busy being shocked myself. Love this season.


Funny, the more time that passes and the more scumbags they come across, the Governor starts looking like not such a bad guy.

That whole scene was great. I think Ricks line about not wanting to waste the bullets takes the cake for me though. There's something about the way Lincoln delivered the lines that was pure badass.

I really liked how they handled Bobs death. It sucked seeing him go, but it was a nice change up having someone go out and be at peace with it while keeping a positive outlook.

On Talking Dead, they said that Lawrence Gilliard (actor who plays Bob) was upbeat and positive and kept everyone laughing with his dancing on set, even though it was his death episode.

I guess there aren't a lot of differences between Lawrence/Bob.

They seemed shocked but I interpreted Glenn's reaction as him becoming more and more weary of Rick's loss of humanity. He has been trying to remind him a lot lately of "who we are" and that they still are "good people." While Rick is justified in not leaving any loose ends that might come back to bite the group, I think Glenn is starting to wonder just who Rick is becoming...and maybe factored in to his decision to leave with Eugene.

This season has been incredibly satisfying: brutal, shocking, fast paced and highly entertaining. I'm loving it.

Yeah, Shane did questionable things.

Rick hasn't done anything too extreme in my opinion. Bit Joe's neck? Okay, Joe was going to kill them. Butchered Gareth? Okay, Gareth was going to kill and eat him days before without any remorse. I think it's possible to be morally grey in the show/world they inhabit. Right now Rick and Carol are the only two interesting characters because they walk that line.

Tyreese is being a big baby. Maggie is turning into an "aww, my dadday was wrong" atheist. The priest is being a puss cake. You just know Glenn is going to do some crying soon. Rick, Carol and even Sasha are in that moral middle ground, they know what's up. These ****ers have lived in this apocalypse for how long now? They should man up and still be able to retain their composure without being twisted sickos. The thing that gets me is the hypocritical behavior. Tyreese comparing Gareth (who . . . ate a man's leg) to Carol (who put his girl out of her misery) with forgiveness was some of the most backwards logic I've ever heard. Then again, he probably just didn't want his baby sister to go out there, but it's not like he'd go!

Indeed. I don't think Rick would knowingly **** over someone good and honest. He just doesn't trust anyone anymore because of the kinds of people they keep encountering. Shane was one of those kinds of people who just happened to be within their group. And Rick now kills that kind of person. He's still a good guy pretty much, he's just not taking any s*** anymore.

I hope they don't play this season off as "oh man, Rick is being too harsh, he must see the error of his ways!". He's perfectly fine the way he is. At this point, I'd follow him. The little exchange between Bob and Rick before Rick passed was a good one, and it looked like Rick took it to the heart.

Also, they better not off Carol in the next couple of weeks (or the next episode). That would be stupid, I can feel it though. I like how Glenn mentioned Jim from season one. I wish there was more of an emphasis on the Atlanta group. They should be a little more tight nit than being little ******* to each other. They've went though a ton of ****.

That's one of the reasons I don't get the eagerness to split apart.

Glenn left with Eugene because he gave his word he would to prevent Rick and Abraham from coming to blows earlier in the church.

I've got Carol in my deadpool so I am hoping she gets the axe. I do like her and think her character is great now, so might as well take her out while she is at her high point. She has no where to go but down from here.

This really should be Glenn considering his contact with Dale and Herschel. Then again, he could be at the point Tyreese is at too, just not as vocal/expressive about it. He looked just as shocked as Tyreese during the butcher.

I can see Glenn heading in that direction too. I think Tyreese is afraid to let the "monster" inside out. We caught glimpses of Tyreese not giving a *****t last season (fighting with Rick, mauling the walker horde with his hammer, the walkers in the vines). He is trygin to retain his humanity. If Sasha ever dies (another one in my dead pool), then all bets are off as to what Tyreese will do.

...but we do know that Rick and Tyreese spent a good part of the day burying Bob and the Termites...

That's right, I forgot about that. Also, I just realized that from Rick's perspective, there's only 7 of the group left in the church with Daryl and Carol missing. Rick, Carl, Michonne, Tyreese, Sasha, Father Gabriel and Judith. So realistically only Michonne and Sasha are available to send out.

Moral center needed, enter Father Gabriel. But wait, we have 4 black people on our show, Guess Bob has to die. poor Bob. At least it's not like the first 2 seasons with the one Black person limit.

Seriously though, Other than the annoying voice of conscience, what good is Father Gabriel? Playing Possum doesnt work with Walkers, so either he has to die soon or goes through a character evolution like Carol, not to mention the inevitable questioning of his faith.

I though Glenn showed some sack getting between Rick and Abraham. I'm pretty sure that everyone thought the Termites needed to be exterminated, but maybe in a more humane fashion?
