I think him or Seth will be fighting champs, which is what's best. I also don't see Owens breaking any wellness laws either. I think he's happy in the WWE right now, you can see it, he is doing promotions all over.

I hate to say this.. Actually I can't believe I'm gonna say this: reigns as a heel champ would be a decent booking. I'm sorry I don't know what's wrong with me. Owens would be my pick but cmon are we gonna actually get that? No. Seth is over big time and I think he is an awesome heel but reigns sucks as a baby. Seth can work either side. Sucks Finn got hurt!

I guess that's good. What does this belt stand for, though? Is it like the new European Championship? Like the TV Championship? You already have a World, Intercontinental, and U.S. title. Based on the name, I guess you would think it was the primary title, but I can't imagine they would do that over the World championship.

It's supposed to be on the same level as the World Championship now that it's on Smackdown, since the brand split has brought in new titles representing both shows now individually.

Face turn for Seth, then? He's such a good bad guy that it seems a shame to do that. But beyond Cena, who else do they have to take on the mantle of headliner good guy now?

Not sure. Maybe Sami Zayn will fill that void. Balor was poised to be that babyface until he was hurt and had to relinquish the Universal Title. Seth is a great heel but it does look like he'll turn face. Seth is talented enough to do a face run. WWE has the talent on RAW to make the Universal Title huge. Owens can definitely make the belt important and not mid-carder status.
