Yup, just wish there was an option to ignore threads like we can do to members, that would be wonderful. Youd always know when a new thread comes out and you could just essentially delete it from your view if it wasnt your thing. The initial go through would be grueling but itd be worth it.

Why do you care so much about the sandbox?

Im just curious why this made you get upset. The code thread can be replaced. What is it about this place that you love so much

If you answer with " im not gonna bother answering, im done with this subject) then you have no good reason to keep it open or the reason is not appropriate to share.
But talking to you is difficult when you throw the towel mid conversation so often.

The reason the sandbox needs to stay open is it keeps the general buffoonery in a centralized location and out of the collectibles area. The collectibles areas get hot enough sometime without a place like the sandbox that allows people to vent a little bit.

The thread was moved because of all the fake code drama—which resulted in everyone complaining except for a small group. Sideshow’s customer reps had to deal with angry calls from people on this forum and people that googled Sideshow Code because they were taken to the SSF page that was in the public forum. I should have specified that in my post but didn’t think I’d need to since it isn’t a secret. You’re right about people being bitter though. All you have to do is go in there every Spook and 12 Days of Christmas to read tons of posts from people being bitter about not getting a code or Sideshow not giving away enough.

I won’t bother ending with the same backhanded “People are _______. Merry Christmas!” comment as you. I’ll just wish you Merry Christmas.

You get to tailor the forum to how you want to see it and avoid looking at redundant threads. Theres so much that i dont care to click and have to look through it to find the stuff i do. Itd just be great to see all the topics i like only. I dont want to choose not to click something, i want to just click everything and be interested, the only way to do that is to ignore everything i dont like once and never have to look at it again.

For people who dont care about a feature like that, im sorry that you dont think someone should have that option because youll never use it. Seems like a lame argument.

I didnt bring it up though, Solidus did.

I was on board with zod's plan of separating groups to threads. I even made my things i like thread in case the things i love thread closed again.
Solidus made a good point, i was agreeing with him. You say closing the sandbox is stupid but you still wont tell us why you love the sandbox so much.

Just read Hoodonit's post for one thing. I like it because it's always been a place where you could joke around and discuss things you couldn't in other places, but the last week or so it's turned into something else.

The sandbox is safe, but I have brought up all the recent problems with Dave and the other mods. We'll see what happens next.
