Too true.
I don't mind some banter and a bit of laugh, but there's only 10% of movie talk and 90% of politics, media talk and crappy jokes about politics and media.

I hardly go into any movie/tv threads anymore and the ones I do go into I'm getting pretty tired of. Same **** different day.

Getting messages on eBay asking "are you planning on selling only one of these?" *********, did you even look at the listing? Is there any indication I secretly wanted to sell only one of them?

Are you referring to the allowed 'threadcrapping' on a certain film being released this week?

The way i understand threadcrapping, it deals with people insulting each other or having real fights.
No one in that thread is fighting. :dunno

:lol Like everything else in the code of conduct, that rule is enforced on a case by case basis and punishment isn't enforced consistently. Comments by some members are ignored while the same comments from others earn an infraction or ban.

I remember one specific time I was singled out for something while like two posts above mine did the same thing, which was ignored until I pointed it out and the said mod was laughed at. It's a blanket rule that can be manipulated however seen fit by the mood of the mod at that time.

RIDDICK got it right. I'm surprised criticizing a film (still on-topic, mind you) is seen as more of a problem than bringing up politics, conspiracy theories, actors wanking in front of each other, actors board members would **** to, etc. Even the lingo is starting to look the same.

People need their fun time preserved in a rainbow glass, that's all.
You can't fight an army of perverted unicorns.
