It really should be controlled. You have to take a test and have a license to drive as well as insurance to cover accidents. But anyone can bring a life into this world and not have to deal with it as they should.

They get to keep the money and get the surgery for free. So many tweekers and idiots would jump all over that money. Think of how much $ would be saved without having to pay for so many disorders, diseases, etc.

I’d start a gofundme for that program in my area. When I bought my house there was one kid on my street. Now I’m surrounded by them. The lady across from me has got to have 40 kids. Her ****** is like a pez dispenser—every time she spreads her legs she ****s out another kid.
