The TLJ thread has become so ridiculously political with Freaks getting on their soapbox that I think I may leave it closed permanently.
Dissertations that no one reads is so hot right now.
People who hate TLJ are already pretty brave and sensible.
It's TLJ supporters who are the usual yesmen.
But hey, better him than Kathleen.
...I didn't see him insult anyone or break the rules.
He did? Wow, seems very unlike him, what did he say?
Well he did insult multiple members here, myself included, as well as multiple mods. While his words of TLJ were all but true, I'd say the infraction was well earned.
Well I recall him using a pretty condescending tone against Khev in pretty much every single TLJ debate, said he would name his next dump after another member here that he got into an argument with, insulted me once for calling him out on his tone, and I could probably find more if I did some digging.
Not to mention he was the cause of ALL political talk in TLJ thread.
A condescending tone isn't breaking the rules, or is it? Honest question, besides, don't you think it's embarrassing that people can't handle a snarky tone now? that's a new low for this place.Well I recall him using a pretty condescending tone against Khev in pretty much every single TLJ debate, said he would name his next dump after another member here that he got into an argument with, insulted me once for calling him out on his tone, and I could probably find more if I did some digging.
He wasn't the first one though, and one can't help it when the topic is embedded in the movie and presented by its participants, what kind of neutered discussion do people want? Politics within the extend of a movie and when it's presented by the movie itself shouldn't be off the table. Pop-culture has always been a vehicle for these topics and in the case of Disney Wars, it's a main driving force, the topic is in the forefront. Not to mention he was the cause of ALL political talk in TLJ thread.
