How is it Pliss? Working only with women?

Where I work half of my coworkers are women, although in my team there's only one, and I like her, BUT, while the bantz with the boys is L I T, we do have to keep it lowkey when she's around because she does get a little uncomfortable, it's kind of a pain, considering the few times she's participated in the bantz she's actually pretty sharp.

There are other girls from other teams that take the bantz really well though.

There is two other men in my office, but this department has always been predominantly women. It's the worst. Droning on about mind numbing girly ****, getting nails done, weddings etc.

I just sit here and don't talk to anyone. You're lucky to work at home.

Luckily, the vast majority of middle-class latin American women are too smart and independent to be fooled by the victim complex of modern feminism.

Another thing I love is; we have this FB group of my campus where, when someone posts, or asks a question, they have to put up a "tribute" for it to be answered, otherwise their post is just going to be ****posted down, the tribute has to be lewd pics, it's their version of teats or GTFO.

That group is mostly male, but there are a lot of women too, and when they post, their tribute is usually buff dudes I find that women in engineering, at least here in México, are pretty chill.

I have all women employees and even they admit that working with women is awful. It doesn't matter how well they get along, at some point one of them is going to be a catty ***** full of drama--then the next week they just rotate which one that is.
