Sheep is really bad, but King's poop is the worse I hear. :monkey4

Helpful tip: don't ever take a shower at King Darkness' house. Once the water starts running and hits all the poop KD's stomped down the drain it's like you're standing in chocolate milk. But instead of chocolate milk, it's poop.

Also KD watches you while you shower like Norman Bates.

62% mags? dont you get contraband stuff with 80-90% there?

Absinthe was only made legal in the US a few years ago. Not because of the high alcohol content but because of the Grand Wormwood (which has Thujone in it).

Lucid was the first one that was made available in the US, and of the ones available in my area it is still my favorite.

Would love to try others but the shipping over-seas is nuts.

I highly recommend it.

I tend to like booze that has a bit of a medicinal quality to it. My favs being gin and absinthe.

Absinthe has a dominant licorice like flavor, do to the anise in it.

A note about the alcohol content: it is meant to be a concentrate, and should never be drunk straight. It will not taste right. The high alcohol preserves the flavor of the botanicals, and slowly adding water (drip by drip) brings out those flavors and turns the beverage opaque. This is referred to as the "louche". The final product will be 1 oz absinthe to about 3 oz of ice cold water, meaning that the final drink has about the potency of a glass of wine. Many drip the water over a sugar cube (which can be caramelized a bit by dipping in the absinthe and lit on fire), but I generally prefer it without.

The "absinthe ritual" is part of the fun of drinking it. :)
