You're on. We'll see who can take it hotter. :devil

Not hot dogs---hot wings. :lecture

Not all junk food is created equal, you know. Even when they end in the same two letters.

Or were you trying to say something else? :monkey3

Never been there... but I do love me some deep fried chicken body parts....:lol

To be honest I don't think they are deep fried. I believe they cook the wings in whatever sauce is your preference...which is why I like them so much more than places that just fry the wings and then dump sauce over them.

Their fire sauces are nothing like buffalo sauce. Lots of black pepper and different spices...it is yummy! :drool

I doubt they cook them in the sauce.. that seems odd... and yes, layering the pepper is a good move.. different ones hit at different levels.

Well I've seen them pour the wings I ordered from a sauce/fry pan onto my plate...with the sauce. They are not crunchy on the outside like they would be deep fried. :dunno

they might be baked and finished in a pan. the sauce toward the end would soften them up...
There's one by Scarecrow video on Roosevelt and another on greenwood that I've meant to stop at but I have a hard time paying the coin for something I could make myself for a lot less...

EDIT: I did some detective work - they are initially deep fried (no batter on them though so they don't have crunchy skin) but then put in a pan with sauce and cooked for a minute or two. We both win. :1-1:

They are kinda expensive.....but NOTHING beats their sauce. If they would sell that..I would by it by the gallon.

It's called butter, cayenne, black P, white P, chipotle P, nutmeg, sugar, etc...

I don't think there's chipotle pepper...maybe some nutmeg. I'm lazy..I would rather just buy a bottle already made. :lol

It kind of reminds me of Nando's Hot Peri-Peri Sauce. Those who have been to London, I'm sure are familiar with Nando's. I love their chicken! :drool

So you have a closet gay, fat chined rover? :dunno

He's stylish but he's not gay. And he's not a purebred Pom like the one in the gif, so he's not quite that poofy. Also he's black as coal and looks like a little shadow running around. Full name: Blackjack von Dracula Batman Pazuzu Vader Zoolander Clint Eastwood.
