I was afraid that you might be listening to others who are telling you to "buy it" just because it's their favorite statue, etc. without caring about the aftermath. When others make those statement or opinion, they might not think how you're spending $500+ that has a potential of going wrong during shipment.

My personal suggestion is to buy one with a box so that you can avoid mishap. Be patience. The right one will come to you someday. I have learned from eBay not to chase after something you want so badly. You WILL find yourself overpaying the item. Put yourself on the waitlist this Thurday for the Hulk diorama. After that, you'll probably be more excited about waiting for the new diorama than the PF. The Hulk PF will come to you when least expected, just like my Dr. Doom and Iron Man. :chew

Well, I passed on the Hulk w/o original styrofoam box and i'm close on making a deal on one with it so fingers are crossed.

After cashback from live.com, $490 with the original box, $485 w/o the original box.

I do agree with Vader, no Hulk and something doesn't look right but Iron Man has almost earned that as well although Hulk (and now Thor) are definately a must over IM (in my eyes anyways).

And yes, I always think Pinball when I see his display..lol..

Why not just get the regular? Thor was clean shaven when he and Kirby Hulk were both on the Avengers roster.

I can't thank you enough for the 1st picture because it's the exact angle I was looking for which is an overhead shot looking down of the Thor and Hulk base.

My Hulk arrives next week and I needed to visualize what his base looked like to make arrangements on my shelf.
