Real quick, I just received Exc The Thing and he's AWESOME beyond words and goes very well alongside the Hulk.
Did anyone else get him new?
Did his elbows and knees have a thick plastic wrapping around them?
What a nightmare to remove!
But well protected.
Bought on Ebay for $300.00 minus the Live.com 25% came out to $225.00, free shipping, arrived mint as promised!
Pictures of the entire gang to follow, first taking trip to Ikea tomorrow.

at first i thought, man you over paid, but with discount and free shipping, that's like paying $150-$175.
good buy man.
oh yeah, and ikea. the thing and hulk don't fit to well in the Besta shelves. just thought i'd let you know, just in case that's what you were planning on sticking in them.

yeah, i'm not familiar with the GORM shelves, i do know that the besta's work with most other statues, and they would work for the hulk and thing except they're not deep enough. that's if your going to put on doors that is.

Mine finally arrived...here it is.
Are the four silver discs on Thor's chest and abs suppose to be completely flat?
I see in this pic above, that it appears that the disc on his "right pec is raised on one side", is this normal?

Mine is the exact same way although yours is more noticeable due to the shadows.
Looking at mine straight on in the daylight, it looks flush up against his chest and not until you asked the question did I realize that mine is exactly like yours, same spot.
I can slide my finger under that side of the disk until it meets his chest where it becomes flush with his body again but on the outer edge it's sticking out.
It's because of his chest structure that this is the way it is.
Looks pretty natural to me Will

Thor Ex's pricing has increased for the past one month..
At ebay, it started from $400+ till now, minimum $525+ to get one... those who haven't get it, do grab fast, if not, another few months, the price will go rocket high (min hit $600+)

Man it took a long time, a great deal of patience, a-lot of work and money to finally arrive at a collection that i'm content with. Would I be happier if I had an IM...sure would. Am I content with what I've worked hard for, you bet ya, even w/o the IM.
