Thor issue 390 for The Captain's hoisting of Mjolnir! As for the denting of the shield, it was during a three part crossover in Thor volume 2. Iron Man, Cap, and Thor went at it. I have to check at home re: the specific issue. It might have been in an issue of Cap or Iron Man.

My understanding is that Thor was filled with extra power from Odin when he dented Cap's shield. Apparently they later reconciled and Thor used Mjolnir to pound out the dent.

Interesting. That's the highest regular ES for a Marvel PF yet if I'm not mistaken, though there's still the same amount of Thor's overall as Thing PF's (1,750 for each PF including both Exc/Reg editions.)

One of the most awesome Thor stories ever. It was all part of the whole Lord of Asgard/ Lord of Earth storyline.. Without spoiling too much I'll just say Thor goes quite mad after Odins death, and some crazy crap goes down!

Good luck tracking them down though, you'll probably need to go for the individual issues since the TP's are out of print and very rare now.

Thor Premium Format Figure

Just wondering what you guys think of the upcoming PF Thor. I noticed Bowen has thor in the same pose but obviously the quality and the detail is unmatched to Sideshow. Plus at 30" its gonna be insanely huge. I was lucky enough to order the exclusive so I can't wait!!!

Well, Bowen did come out with its Thor long before Sideshow did this one. Both sculpts use a similar poses. But I think the sheer size of the Sideshow piece put it over the top of the Bowen Thor. IMO if the Bowen Thor was just is big it would be more impressive.
