At the end of the day a Zack Snyder joint is a Zack Snyder joint.

Zack Snyder at least knows how to adjust his sensibilities to the material, something Marvel is incapable of, which explains why Civil War, their film that was supposed to "break up the universe" ended up being a tensionless toy commercial to such a degree that I could almost feel the giant hands of the kids moving the superheroes around to fight. It was hilariously elementary and insulting to see the supposed adversaries exchange one-liners in what was supposed to be the films tense penultimate showdown.
