Thanks , Chockles! The outfit is outstanding as expected. I'm not crazy about the sculpt to be honest. The paint on the hair is pretty bad and the seam is awful. I'm still quite curious to see it in hand though. It'll suffice for a 'Ned Stark' sculpt. Hope to get my tracker soon. 
The arms and elbows are strong, not super tight. Holding the swords shouldnt be a problem. The upper thighs are on a ball joint. The knees have ratchet joints, though not the loud clicking sound type. Its smooth and holds the position well, though Im not sure how that will hold up over time. I doulbt Stark will be doing any splits or acrobatic moves. The ankles are on a ball joint which are hidden inside the boots. They seem to function as well as they should.

I see where you coming from and I can agree with most parts. Im not expecting Hot Toys standards here and never was from the start. The price they set out for what it does seems value for money to me. It goes in line and matches with Tyrion. If the entire series are at this standard at least, Im sure it will please many.
The shop I picked my figure up is selling the 'Special edition' at a higher cost. Just looked on BBTS, you can still preorder this figure.

IMO, this, like Tyrion, bests Hot Toys hands-down. Some people will disagree, but IMO, they're holding Hot Toys up to a level they've not earned and certainly have not been able to maintain.

You need someone to buy it for you in the USA and then re-ship it with falsified value on the customs form - that's the way most HK sellers mark their packages and why you don't get charged VAT.

Yeah that sounds like a great idea, except I dont know anybody in the USA and BBTS is only offering the normal edition, and I am hoping to find the special edition first.
I ordered the RoboCop 3.0 and Heisenberg from ThreeZero, I just missed the chance to order this guy, was a bad time with the funds for me at that moment.

The cloak is great, I think I will put it back on as well. The HS is starting to grow on me now. The swords are light so no trouble for old Ned to handle. lol
A bargain figure. Just hoping the price stays consistent throughout.
