Any know when internet retails get these figures from Threezero? Have a pre-order in the UK.

I had Tyrion on pre-order with direct collectibles in the UK and I got him end of March I think, I can't remember when 3Zero released him but it was was around 3 months later with that supplier in particular

I just opened Ned. Boy is Ice big. :lol I knew it was but it's nothing like seeing it in person. It reminds me of what Tywin said " It was absurdly large.....". :lol Anyway here's the breakdown.

The packaging: I love what Threezeros is doing with this line. No complaints. Love choice of colors and iconography.
Sculpt: It's ok, but that's all I can say about. I think I agree with pipers assessment of the sculpt. Paint is rudimentary, likeness is there but could be better. It will do for the time being and I think it will suffice for most people. I will be replacing it if or when possible. I still want to see it repainted. The likeness always looks better at profile or other angles rather than straight on.
Outfit: This is where the figure shines. Threezero knocked it out the park. It's very accurate to what's on screen and the tailoring topnotch. The material feels of quality. The belt is rubber this time around which is a slight disappointment. Tyrion had a real belt, with only the Exclusive being rubber. This isn't something that will always nag me though and it looks real enough. The boots I was surprised with. They are also rubber which allows articulation at the ankle which is nice. I was expecting sculpted resin boots with no articulation from how I always saw Ned posed in pictures at the conventions. I would have preferred 'real' boots but again it's something that won't always bother me nag they look real enough. The sculpting and weathering look great.
Accessories: Ice is great. And as I said, it's fracking HUGE. Aside from the color of the handle it's very accurate. Same goes the regular sidearm and dagger. Sculpts are great.
Body: Ok, the joints on mine are a little loose. Like with Tyrion I'll eventually break the figure down to see everything. I guess this body is one of their own design? One thing that I flat out do not like about figure -has anyone taken a look at the neck? What the **** is going on with that? :lol Yeah the neck is hidden by the collar but that neck design it ********. Ned is a neckless sculpt on a post that is wrapped in this weird cheap rubber that is vastly different color from the sculpt. Sorry but that is cheap. That's another reason I want to breakdown the figure to get a better look at the neck. I want to see what is going on under there. Also, they make no attempt to match the color not only of the neck but the pegs as well.Plus, the arms on mine are already stained either from the clothes. Again, it's hidden so it's not a big deal. I'm just throwing it out there.

Overall: Great figure. Especially for the price. Some nitpicks and one flat out dislike. I hope threezero continues to improve on human likeness and paint. I'm loving the line and the affordability.

No pics at the moment. I'll try to get some up later today or tonight. :)

Yeah, the orange rubber neck is weird to say the least, the whole torso is covered with it, and the orange colour is wearing off :dunno Not that I'm really bothered by it.

My Ned made it in yesterday, but I think I'll hold my review til Tuesday night, rather than Sunday. Memorial Day weekend is never one for much traffic. First impressions are extremely good though, particularly at this price point.

Thanks for the compliments guys. :) And no, I forgot all about the dagger, Chockles. I'll go back and take more pics because I also forgot to take a couple with Tyrion.

Cool. Enjoy and have fun with it. First day with it was good, and then the following days after, I grew to like it more and more.

There are some really terrific pics in this thread! Nice work, Fiend!

I especially like this one ...

I love that they've included a sword hand with an angled wrist. That's the first time I've ever seen something like that. It gives you so many more exciting posing options. I'm not sure if other figure lines have offered that kind of thing before, so I'm not sure if it's an innovation (none of my Sideshow LOTR figures ever had something like that) ... but I think it's great. Now I won't have to pose Ned holding his sword like an ice cream cone!

Thanks Bucky! I totally agree about the angled wrist! I meant to include that in my small review. That was another pleasant surprise. I know I have my niggles with the sculpt but I'm having a lot of fun with Ned. He's fun to pose and I love the outfit. Im really looking forward to Jon Snow now more than ever. A few more pics of Ned to come. :)

amazing pics/poses Fiend, wow :clap

def enough interest for a casting of ICE and hands to hold, ha! :panic:

I might consider a repaint, even if it's still a slim chance, but I don't think I would bother with a new sculpt.
