While I want to order these ASAP, I don't want to get stuck with a deposit/etc only to find out there is an exclusive version or something a few days later. So I'll probably wait for an official announcement from ThreeZero.

SSC were fools not to get the license themselves. They'd be even more foolish not to carry these. It'll definitely bring traffic to the websites that sell them.

Sideshow already carries some 3A/3Zero stuff right? Those Real Steel robots are made by them right? In any case, I don't see these as being impossible to get ahold of in the states as long as you pre-order.
Its sad when $130 is seen as an amazing deal on 1:6 figures now, but it really is - even Sideshow figures are rarely that cheap anymore (just clones now at that price point I think).
And yeah, Sideshow definitely blew it on not getting the license. When the "old man" was cancelled I thought for sure it was because Sideshow had the license. I'm just glad somebody did and that they look to be done well.

Planned pre-order for Pets will happen this month and I will give you the date soon...we are finalizing everything.

Diamond are distributing these in the UK they have a suggested r.r.p of £125
I'm sure Gimbat stated earlier on in this thread that Diamond were the main distributor i might be wrong though.

If your issue is that the companies I named are not reputable, I've ordered from each of them many times without issue and I continue to use them (among others). I find their prices to continually be cheaper than the bigger companies, at least at the pre order stage.
