With the way inflation is going they'd be much cheaper now than later
I'd like the exclusive but not sure about stumping up the cash 8 months before release

Does anyone know if they're going to be limiting the number they make? That'll determine whether or not I order them now or when they get closer to coming out.

If that's the case, then it's probably advisable to pre-order if you're going to want the pets at all.
To Gimbat: I hang around the One Sixth Republic group on Facebook and there's a survey from Mark OSR about whether people will pre-order the pets. Voting is mostly "no" with A LOT of people hung up on why threezero is starting with non-human figures and/or whether there will be a Michonne to go with the pets. Just FYI that some reassurances on human figures/Michonne might help your pre-order numbers.
Gimbat said earlier that pre-order payments are due upfront so that threezero has the funds to manufacture and ship the figures. That suggests to me that the number of pre-orders will set the edition size (depending on production costs and threezero's profit margin for each figure).

Agree, alot of folks on Toysdaily are holding back as well. They are concern whether Threezero can really make good quality human sculpts. They don't want to purchase the pets to find out that any upcoming humans just aren't up to their expectations.
Plus the fact I think many would rather see Michonne released first as she would complement the pets better than say Merle or Daryl.

Haha agree. I'm already set to buy these pets on Friday and will buy the rest of the line as they come. The more humans and non-humans the better. I'm pleased with the human prototypes so far, and it can only get better.

They've only shown Merle (with the pets at SDCC) and unpainted headsculpts of the revised Merle head and Daryl.

They've shown Merle's full prototype and Daryl's headsculpt. They also said Michonne, Rick, and the Well Zombie are in the works.

Not looking forward to the incessant *****ing when Nate gets released and all the crybabies start whining about how they deserve the exclusive bits despite canceling out of misplaced panic and their ADD need to have something now or get a refund to spend it on something else.
