...my collection is sporadic and as uncompletist as it gets...why start now on a franchise that is awesome but not $1600 awesome (for all the statues I would want). Might just pass on Lion-O and keep my money for a Panthro and Cheetara. I mean if Cheetara turns out anything like Cammy did for the SF line...WOW!

I hear ya bro. I've never been a completist of anything because of my varied interests.

Part of the pressure to get Lion-O is that he's the headliner, but Panthro and Mumm-Ra (the everliving) would be my most wanted. Cheetara, if as you said, turns out sexy enough. Getting all the cats will cost a small fortune. And you know, these statues display well on their own.. there's no need to get them all.

Great looking piece... I'll be ordering it

I'd still prefer (kind of like Kuzeh) a less muscled/angry Lion-O (more like the original cartoon) but there is no denying this is about as awesome as it gets

Price sucks though... feels about 20% higher than it should be.

That's a good point man. I think either way I'll be happy...and a
quick question for you guys/gals that might have purchased Pop stuff in the past. What's the realistic outlook on how soon we're going to see more of these statues from them? Just as an estimation or track record kind of thing but what was the time between SF pieces for instance?

Is it just me or did they add an exclusive photo to the gallery on the newsletter ordering info page? Picture of the lit up eyes and sword (corrected the belt) now.

Sword looks cool lit up but the eyes are selling me...that looks wicked!
