Stranded on Third Earth following the destruction of their planet, the Thunderians did their best to make this strange world their new home. Super-fast warrior CHEETARA, brilliant scientist TYGRA and youngsters WILYKIT nad WILYKAT each played their part in rebuilding their civilization, although they needed the help of the robotic RO-BEAR BERBIL BILL to construct their majestic headquarters, the Cats Lair.

Gotta admit; those are pretty sweet! I have a few Marvel Mini-Mates I bought years ago, but don't collect them in general.

Being a more casual fan who enjoyed the cartoon as a kid but doesn't have all that much nostalgia, I'm gonna pass on set 2, but get set 3. I've already got set 1. Very nice, but there are some QC issues with the logos rubbing off folks may want to be aware of.

There is also one more set potentially planned I believe, with the other form of Mumm-Ra, young Lion-O, and I can't remember the others.

Been pretty tempted by these. But as much as I love TCs I think I'm just going to stick w/ Mezco and hope they get a liscense to make 6-8" figures too. Their Mega Scale guys are amazing!

That said DST gets major points for making Berbil Bil.

I picked up the first series at NYCC and love them. The 2nd series was an easy skip for me but series 3 is a must.

I think this is the only way for us to get a complete cast of figures,with statues and figures in our modern age we havent received a full cast of the retro

Actually this is a sort of seperate line called thundercats ho! the 4th boxset will have mumm-ra the evr living,young lion-o,alive jaga and another guy (grunt i think was his name).
