Wow, lower edition size on the regular? And only 400! Now there are only 825 Donatello total. This thing does have grail written all over it. And what's up with sideshow and their sliding scale of edition sizes lately? Change on Predalien Bust, Aliens Maquette, and the Donny regular too...

Picked up the regular version. It's ES is 400, both on the box and the statue base: 13/400. I thought the regulars were 600?

At any rate, it's a great-looking piece. The whole piece just has a raw, gritty feel to it. I'm very happy with it.

It is, on both the figure and box. Mine is like 230 / 400. I mentioned this in an earlier post. Can also provide pics when I go home for lunch.

Hi guys, sort of an odd request but thought I'd ask while peeps are showing off their Donatello's.

Could someone take a close up picture of Donatello's front hand, left finger, I've borrowed 'Mongoleone's' picture to show the area I need.

Mine arrived with a few chips in the sculpt here and I need a piccy of how it should look to see if it's worth me fixing it.

Actually I really love your repaint! I wouldn't change it! I'd take that any day over the red.

Looks like you got some tones down and I don't know what you don't like about it. Maybe add a slightly darker tone in spots where the fabric creases via dry brush, but if you ask me I say it looks wonderful!

That is interesting about the regular...I bet that is a misprint on the regular...unless the site is wrong. Anyone get anything higher than 400 on the regular yet?

Yep, the base on mine lists it as a Sideshow Exclusive as well. It would be nice to hear if someone got a number higher than 400 on the regular. Either they screwed up or cut the run for whatever reason.

I think there is a great chance they screwed the base, it has happened before.

It would appear that the ACTUAL EX has Sideshow Exclusive written in red. I guess they're implying that the normal version is an exclusive product you can only get from Sideshow, or ebay, or any number of online redistributors. Never mind.

Weird, I also just noticed that Meg's doesn't have the blood on the sword painted red like mine. I didn't do that it came that way. I just got some purple paint on the bottom accidentally.
