I would guess exclusive. It might even be a bit more expensive than the regular in that case due to the extra sculpting.

At which stage in the melting would it be done though? I mean, there's plenty of spots to freeze frame it for a sculpt.

I don't know why everyone is so sure we will get a melty head. I'd love for it to come with one, but I doubt Sideshow will throw one in.

Simply because it's one of the most memorable and iconic images in the series. Hasbro was going to include one with their figure before it got cancelled. Why wouldn't Sideshow?

Because Indy was frequently seen with his hat and without. Toht's face melted off in one very brief scene, not as necessary to the character as Indy's two portraits. It is very memorable, just not as necessary for the portrayal of Toht.
That said, I hope they do include an extra melty head.

BTW, don't be too shocked when we see the melty head sans hat and glasses, because that is prolly the HS we'll get. The hat and glasses will be removeable of course. I'll be VERY surprised if SSC gives us 2 hats and 2 glasses.

Because the Indy hats aren't removeable. Think about it. The Toht hat will be removeable IMO because Toht was mostly bald, easy to do. And if, when they include the melty HS, it will be easy to achieve the pose with removeable hat and glasses. We'll see...
