Yeah, I really hope this delivers and I really want to this to do great at the box office. I don't really care what studio puts out as long as they can do the character justice. Again, I'm cautiously optimistic, but I hope Sony learned their lesson this time around.

I'll be sure to post my reaction IMMEDIATELY tomorrow. This is what I've been waiting for! :rock

To some it is.

They slam TDKR then defend TLJ so...... :dunno
I think it really suffers from having to follow in the footsteps of BB and TDK. It has it's flaws and isn't as great as those other two, but it's still better than most of the comic book movies coming out now.

I think many who once hated TDKR have also come around to liking it after the recent DC movies though. [emoji38] I've always loved it despite its imperfections however.

Well, I liked it. It's a teaser trailer at it's best, so don't expect to be blown away. Hardy is going to be the one that sells this movie. I'm already liking the vibe he has in the trailer.

You see hints of the symbiote, but nothing in full reveal or action.

There's a scene at :45....Are those webs spanning across the object or are those just ropes?

Much like Solo, this was a movie that I was pretty much against ever since it was announced. But this teaser has peaked my interest.

I'm not some massive Spider-Man fan and don't know much about Venom other than the basics, but I was always given the impression that he's not a character who could have his own movie. Hopefully I'm proven wrong.

Plus Tom Hardy is one of my favourite actors so that's enough incentive to at least check it out once.

All great points. I agree about Hardy being a great actor and hoping he can hold his own in this.

I think the screaming seen at the end when he's in the MRI machine. Sounds weird, but he did a great job with that.

I also liked seeing the symbiote creep up his neck.
