Whatever "Mr. Knight in shining armor". :lecture
It's people like you who enable laziness and stupidity.
Obviously there's no reasoning with you. Post what you want, I'm done. :peace

By preferring to assist with educating vs. sending them away still questioning and mad? I beg to differ. Education is founded on people sharing knowledge. Besides, you epitomized the lazy stupidity route by typing "look it up." :lol

I'm done with you.

I have skin tag on the back of my neck that I froze off with liquid freeze....it's all scabby now. urgh :dunno

I heard that near the end of the film, one of, an as of yet unnamed, terminators is caught breaking certain "seals" - Connor races to stop him but is too late and is forced to reluctantly team up with two newcomers to his camp, by the name of Winchester, to close the seals and restore the timeline.

I'm not a big fan of T-anything.. The only T there should be is the T1000. Does the T in T1000 even stand for terminator? and who says?

Who says Arnold is a T-800 or T-850? The third movie and thats it.

What is the T on the T-1 stand for? Terminator? Are you telling me that humans made the those and called them Terminator -1?

Are hunter killers T-HK's? and if so does that make the new bikes a T-bike, cycle, moto?

Not every killing machine made by skynet is a terminator. Terminators are infiltration units and are counted by a series number
Arnold is an 800 series terminator, model 101.

I can deal with terminators being called T- this or that but not the other machines.

I totally agree with all of that, but will answer to the T-800/ T-850 question. Kyle Reese called them Terminators, infiltration units, then discribed the diff between 600 and 800 series. Hence T-800 and so forth. But you're right that the term T-800 was never used in a movie, but was the name commonly known to have been given them by Cameron and Winston.

I too thought that the T-1 designation for the little tanks in T3 was lame though. If anything those should have been the first HKs. Somewhere along the line the creative input people decided that everything needs to be a "Terminator". The Motos should also be some designation of HK, not Terminator, although their design and some stuff I've seen makes me think they are some sort of TransFormer that can be both humanoid or bike. Kinda cool, but they're not infiltration units, and so should not be Terminators since Kyle specifically said Terminators were the newest and worst of the infiltration units. But who's to say Skynet didn't make Moto-HKs along with Aerial HKs and HK Tanks. It just wouldn't have been possible to skin it and send one of those back in time.

The new Terminator movies will be to the Terminator franchise what the prequels were to the Star Wars franchise.

They will have shining moments but largely be dissapointments to older fans.

There is certainly that danger, but because we haven't seen what John Connor has been through, and all previous glimpses of the future war were brief, I say all expectations of what Skynet can throw at humanity are wide open to interpretation. Yes, the whole T-this and T-that is taking on an unhealthy life of its own, but I'm so down for some robotic Mad Max action, and that's what this looks like. Bring it!

What happened in T1 and T2 happened, and the world has changed since then both in the movies and in real life. In some ways, I think this is an appropriate take on the future war despite my dislike of 600s being huge and not basically a forerunner of the 800, but with rubber skin.

Well I guess it's easier to write someone off than have a moment of introspection, eh?

Yup.

That point is lost on people who eat too much Captain Doucheberry Cereal. :huh These are the reasons morons thought the world was flat and that the solar system orbited the Earth. :lol

Resorting to name calling eh?
Really shows why you're not even worth my time.
You can't read, support laziness, and can't have a mature discussion.

Why not just make a social group where you and others like you take the time to explain my (and other 'elites') posts to the "non-elites".
That way you can all hold hands in a circle and make the world a much better place.

My point still stands firm. I have no problem with ignorance....the problem is laziness. If you took one second to get passed your arrogance, you'd notice that I did answer the question in my 1st post. "Look it up" was meant for anyone looking for proof of my statement. Get over yourself dude.

Have a nice day. :)

The irony is you were too lazy to answer the guys simple question and instead chose to be a douche. :wave

btw-moto is the general term used for motorcycles (look it up)
Furthermore, SkyNet is software, so killing all the terminators in the world and destroying the SkyNet "mainframe" still wouldn't work. You'd have to shoot down all the satellites in orbit and find and destroy every bit of technology able to connect to the internet. It's not impossible, but that should keep the human race busy for quite some time.

Get some glasses, "hooked on phonics" or something. :lol
I can see why you're not a Mod anymore. How can you be a Mod when you can't even read? > :p
