:lecture :clap

yes of all time.
Leo in Django Unchained will be a much better villain than bane IMO bane will be cool but he wont have amazing Tarantino dialogue.

Just like Ledger didn't have amazing Nolan dialogue :slap

I think it's far too early to be deciding whether Hardy or Leo will be better

there's a big difference in nolans dialogue and Tarantinos dialogue.
to me Tarantino has the best dialogue and is the best director alive.
and its Leo as the villain in a QT western so i already know ill like him more.

My favorite villain of all-time, well portrayal of one has to be the Butcher from Gangs of New York. The Warden from the ShawShank Redemption is a good one. For a villain, watch City of God. Wow!

Ok, how can I redo my list to include Zé? He might take the top spot and bump everyone down. He was a cold hearted, evil bastard... Been a while since I've seen that movie but wow. Powerful stuff. Should rewatch it this week.

On the money with that one. He would definately be in my top 3-5.

Reverend Harry Powell , Robert Mitchum's character from Night of the Hunter.
Max Cady, Robert DeNiro's version of the character from Cape Fear

I'd agree about Tarantino's dialogue.

Only one in the same league is Elmore Leonard -- author of Out of Sight, Get Shorty, Jackie Brown, and the Justified/ Raylan Givens novels (Pronto, Fire in the Hole, Riding the Rap, and Raylan). His dialogue is brilliant.

I also like Cormac McCarthy for dialogue. Sharp dialogue written for men of few words.

I don't think anyone has said Maleficent yet, which surprises me. She's arguably the baddest of the Disney villains.

In the old Disney days, I always thought she was the best of the Disney bad Guys/Gals.

Yea elmore leonard is a awesome author.
And Leonards book is Rum Punch that Tarantino adapted into Jackie Brown.
But i imagine you know that.

Disney actually has the BEST villains,
Scar for example, this is a Villain that Actually Kills the guy he wants to, not many villains can say that, no one has killed James bond or, you know the people they were after, this badass lion kills his rival and takes the throne for years, not many villains can say they did that, Scar is more hardcore than most villains LOL :yess:
