Wow that is one huge mofo. Now im even more pumped to get this thing. Only issue I can see is what appears to be an uneven surface on the hood of the car.

this is going to be awesome , and Im pretty sure that is the reflexion from the ceiling, I don't see them shipping something with a wavy surface especially when it's black ,

Fantastic pics! Great find Raf.

Re: Toynami/Cinemaquette presents: BATWING & (coming soon) BATMOBILE.

what scale is this thing? At 2k, I will prolly just wait for the HT version. That's too much for a car replica to me. I know some of you collect expensive scaled cars though.

I'm in a similar boat. I have a chance to get the Toynami version for $1800, but I'm wondering if I should just wait to see if HT makes one because if they do I know it will be cheaper than that. Also, I wonder if it will be as good or better than the Toynami and when it would be available. Since it hasn't even been announced I'm figuring it's still a ways off.

It's about 1/8 scale, a little over 28 inches long from front fender to back fin. I had one of these a couple of years ago as an unbuilt kit. It may be expensive, but trust me it is worth it. This thing is fantastic!

that may be, but I'm not even a hard core Batman fan. I might bite on the CM Keaton statue, but most likely, I will settle for whatever HT comes out with. I would rather have a 28 in Predator piece :wink1:

I bet its the piano black paint job thats giving them a hard time and slowing things down. If they had just gone with the met black finish it would have been eassyyyy.

But no...they had to do it the hard way :slap

Re: Toynami/Cinemaquette presents: BATWING & (coming soon) BATMOBILE.

My wife just gave me the go ahead to order the Batmobile. I am so excited I dont even have words!!!!!!!!!!:yess::yess::yess::yess:

Question. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to display this low to the ground. Like in a lit, coffee table kind of situation. Something to be a centerpiece of the room?

I'd prefer something with no wood, something in the stainless steel and glass or plexi realms?

I knew you all would have good suggestions!!!

It's well known on this forum that the best place for you to display your Toynami Batmobile is in my house. :exactly:

Re: Toynami/Cinemaquette presents: BATWING & (coming soon) BATMOBILE.

Why do you need your wife's permission ?

If you want it to be the house centerpiece, I would put it in a place like where people usually put their aquarium at, so when people walk in to your house they will see that straight away.

Re: Toynami/Cinemaquette presents: BATWING & (coming soon) BATMOBILE.

Is there anyone we can contact to get the exact dimensions of the base? That would be extremely helpful for me in finding a display case!

Also, when I said I got my wife's permission to buy it, it's because when you're married - your wife is THE BOSS!!:lol:lol

Re: Toynami/Cinemaquette presents: BATWING & (coming soon) BATMOBILE.

Contact cinemaquette by going to their website and call the number.

Dude, I am married too and certainly my wife ain't my boss. I do what I want and I buy what I want. When it's your money, she has no say because you can do whatever you want with it.
