I'm trying not to feel disappointment with these pics, but I am a little. The sculpt lacks the focus and anger he should have, and the body looks kinda undersized.

I wasn't expecting HT quality, but these make it look just okay.

It seems the helmet issue is just a matter of the person not pushing it down all the way, but there are many cases of paint rub and defects.

I'm starting to wish I'd ordered through a retailer in case I need a replacement, might be a pain dealing with TE.

I've lucked out and have only had one defect on a figure, which Sideshow sent a replacement part for. I hope Toys Era will do the same if the chest plate has paint rubbed off.

Do you think they would be able to just send out a replacement chest plate? That would make me feel a whole lot better.

I have no idea, but Sideshow will replace individual parts. I hope TE would too.

This tells me there is absolutely no reason to pay in full months ahead of time and order direct. I haven't received any notification from Toys Era.

Agreed. I ordered mine direct and nothing.

I'm sure some will repaint the helmet 4 sure feel's a bit rushed but oh well just thankfull i didnt have to buy old medicom's magneto with bodys fragile as hell that break instantly.

Some did a group buy on fb online direct and on the pix r from otherside of globe and just started shipping out to u.s so it will be a month from now 4 some of us.

Just e-mailed Toys Era to see if I can get a response about when they will ship to those who ordered direct. Hopefully I'll hear from them.

Interesting. I got a response from Marcus Tan at Toys Era. He said that these would ship in a few days. There is a delay due to some QC issues.

No kidding, I'd hate to get mine and immediately have to email for a replacement.
