I didn't like them killing off Ironhide in TF3.

Ditto I looked over to my Dad (after picking up my jaw) and told him they just killed fraking Ironhide.

Yeah, I did the same to my friend, who already knew he died, but wouldn't confirm it exactly beforehand.

My question is did Wheelie and the crazy bot(don't remember his name) die? They never really said anything after the ship they were in crashed.

Wheelie was awesome too.

I'll never understand why these movies bring up so much loathing and hate....seriously, it's part 3...if you didnt know what you were going to see, then why did you watch it? It wasnt going to have a drastic change....

Easy, it's called "Bait and Switch".

After everyone finally acknowledged part 2 was a mess, they blamed it on the writer's strike and said they corrected all the issues for part 3...didn't happen by a long shot. I wanted to believe...

Just watched the movie.

What i hoped for in this one was more focus on Autobot vs Decepticon action instead of humans vs Robots in the final showdown,but to be honest i was really dissappointed.
I don't mind involving Sam and the soldiers in the battlefield but it should definitely not leave the autobots somewhat in the shadows which i kinda felt in the last battle scenes.I felt like it was 70% Humans and 30% Autobots.

Easy, it's called "Bait and Switch".

I didn't want to hate this movie. I wanted it to be better than 2 which it was but only just. People seem to think i'm hating on this film because of Michael Bay. I'm hating on it because he lied to us.

I would assume they did as well since we don't see anything from them the rest of time.

And therein lies one of the examples of the major script/logic problems. It's like they spent so much time focused on the CGI battle scenes that character development and making the audience even care about the players was put on the back burner for later-- but unfortunately never didn't work in the way Bieber preaches. It was a problem in ROTF which was laid at the door of the writers' strike...

I was optimistic going in (avoiding any and all spoilers). I liked Sentinel Prime's flip, Ironhide's death was shocking-- but it should have meant something. His death was no different than Wheeljack (again, was that actually him?????) or the two idiotbots who we're not 100% sure they even died.

That was my problem with the first one: not enough Transformers. Transformer on-screen time is probably why I'm the only person on Earth who liked ROTF and thought the first one was just kinda okay.

____ no. Because I KNOW what they are. 2 hours of idiotic, childish, entertainment. I'll never call these movies "good". I just call them "fun".

They remind me of playing with toys as a kid. "Pew pew!"

You're not. I've enjoyed them all the same. People whined after the first one cause they didn't focus on the bots enough, In the second people whined the story sucked and the twins were racists despite devoting a lot of time to the bots, and now with the third we have a ton of bots, but also a simple to follow story involving to many humans, and people are still whining.

I dunno. I go to the movies for nothing more then to be entertained, and all three films did that for me.

If saying that I enjoyed watching these movies is "publicly defending" them then so be it.

Seeing TF3 satisfied one reason I go to the movies...to have a good time. I had a good time watching it and I enjoyed sharing that good time with people I care about.

Not a chance in hell. I enjoyed it and have no problems stating so and stating why I liked it. I don't give a darn if you can accept it or not. Your feelings are not why I go to the movies or why I enjoy them. Sorry Carl.

Edit: That goes for anyone that thinks I should feel the way they do or thinks I should feel embarrassed for any movie I like that they don't.
