So I take it no one here has the MP Ultra Magnus??

I had it but sold it.

To be honest it sucked. It was just a plain repaint of MP-01.

IMO it's not worth your money.

My sentiments exactly; maybe if it actually looked like Magnus I would've gotten him, but I'm not interested in a Prime repaint.

I think this is a much cooler version of Ultra Mangus than his original form.

Ultra Magnus Trivia Time:

Originally the Ultra Magnus toy was supposed to Prime's new body just like Galvatron was for Megatron. In the first few scripts of TF:the Movie, the original idea was for Megatron to mortally wound Prime and then have Perceptor, Wheeljack, and Ratchet build him the Magnus "armor" as a life support system.

Hasbro nixed the idea. They thought Rodimus was a better idea.

Interesting, I didn't know that. Well we got two cool characters out of that, Ultra Magnus, who was like Prime's 2nd in command and although he was a punk at first, Rodimus became a good leader.

Ever notice in almost every episode of 2010 that he always asks Magnus, Springer, or Kup what to do?

No offense but he sucked. If they were going to have a new leader Hasbro should have just "upgraded" one of the original Autobots like Ironhide, Jazz, or anybody else. Hot Rod was just a young punk who was in the right place at the right time.

Agreed, I hated Hot Rod.

transformers is not the same without optimus...take him out for a time but optimus has to be a part of transformers.

No kidding. Plus I always hated Rodimus; too bad Prowl was killed or he would have taken command. Prowl is my favorite transformer ever, hands down. I was so mad they killed him, even more than when they killed Optimus. I knew Prime would be back, but Prowl? It made me pretty upset. Even worse though is that the cop car needs to be a good guy, needs to be Prowl, and in the new movie he's gonna be a decepticon. What's up with that?!?!?

Actually,I checked that pic again.NO its not the MP-4 Prime.Its the Hasblow version with the short smoke stacks.I you get MP Prime only buy the Takara MP-1 OR MP-4.You want the long smoke stacks
