Here is my TOTS 78 MYERS that that I've rehauled. I haven't rehaired & repainted a Myers sculpt for over 10 years. Go easy on me please

Really was happy to pick up my second TOTS Myers figure. Just like Dean666 on YouTube, it’s definitely a figure that needs work on the coveralls to make it a bit more screen accurate. I weathered mine, added blood, padded the shoulders, and then gorilla glued the top buttons together. Besides that the headsculpt is on point imo, I’m just kind of left wishing the wrist joint wasn’t so exposed still.

I have the h4. I wish there were more pics of Tom Morga in the costume. I mod it after him since this looks like more of him wearing it.

This line must be selling well considering they keep raising the price with each new release. But I think $199 is reaching the breaking point for demand though. You've got to do a little more than a different sculpt on the same stock body that was on the $125 figure.

I blame inflation on that, still half the quality and price of a hot toy. Ill still get an h2, mod it, and be fine with it

Their problem, as I see it, is that their quality has to make the same jump as the price. That has not happened. The $159 range was the breaking point. The enthusiasm for these figures just kind of died. Especially when 3rd party companies are producing better quality at the $180 range. Yeah, I know the whole licensing issue. I think the majority of collectors don't care about what the license cost. They will pay if the perceived quality is there. These aren't $200 figures.

I think what hurts them is that they are still a mask company, cashing in on the collectible figure trend. They really dont have someone in their company that know exactly how this hobby is supposed to go . I mean, they dont include stands for their figures and charge you 10 f'n dollars if you want one. That is just unacceptable.

But, I am a halloween nut, and I will get these, because why not. But I wont kid myself and call these high quality collectibles. Its just nice to have.

We are all a nut with some license(s). I love Halloween the move, not the series of movies. They produced the one I really wanted (H1) at a price I was okay with for what was given. I do like the latest iteration of Michael, but the cost is more and the quality seems the same. That figure is a wait and see. Loomis I want. Hope he comes out well. I would also like a Laurie, but no high hopes for it.
TrT does seem to have some people on board that are within the 1/6 community, but they probably have no say financially.

I wasn't too happy with the hair so I redid it. Just have to mess with the horns and curls a little bit. Now I'm happy with it
