I still need to see the original Tron...

The more I see the trailers, the more I'm intrigued.

You gotta see it...before you see TRON Legacy! TRON is one of my all-time favorite movies! I have the 20th anniversary DVD that came out in 2002. Steve Lisberger is supposedly working on the Blu-Ray for it. I can't wait to buy it! :yess:

You should watch it right before going to see Legacy. I'm hoping the Blu Ray comes really soon, and lives up to my expectations.

It will most likely come out around the time Tron Legacy comes out. Was hoping it would be this month like they previously planned but oh well.

You'll have to rent it if you don't have it. The bluray wont be out until next year.

Pretty cool stuff in the London!!!

Awesome thanks for that, I am very tempted to make the 100 mile journey south to see this

Would take me approximately 2 hours to go see this display and 1 hour to my nearest IMAX

Definately seeing this at the IMAX

I would avoid IMAX for 3D movies--they just don't do it as good as the regular theaters setup with Real-D 3D

The Cinemark nearby got renovated and have a new XD theater that's got a big screen--it's pretty cool, going to see it there

Yep, that's true... when I saw Avatar, Real3D looked better than the Imax... besides, any screens around here are Liemax anyways...

Oh my god I hope to go and see this, thanks for the link had no idea this event was on.
Only thing putting me off is the god damn snow, we get one little bit of snow each year and the whole country comes to a standstill pathetic.

Yep, same exact thing happened to me with Avatar. I had a better experience with that film watching it at home on Blu Ray then in 3D at IMAX.

I plan on watching it in regular 3D and getting there early enough to sit my @$$ down right in the middle seats of the theater :dance. No one is moving me!

IMAX was way better then that small screen real d crap. IMAX was TOTAL immersion. Real-D was only semi immersion. I had to sit real close just to kinda get that feel.

Completely agree!

I was completely immersed at the IMAX when I went to see Avatar there but when I went to see it in 3D at my local cinema it was poor! I could see people and cinema walls in my peripheral vision and that really ruined it for me

The complete 3D experience has to be at the IMAX

:hi5: Me too. I get there early to get a seat in the middle, and really hate it when people show up late to the movie and get pissed because I won't scoot over to accommodate them. :dunno
