Gonna be awhile before I get mine too. I had an unexpected expense I had to put on my card the day before and it caused my card to be declined when Sideshow tried to process my order. They're gonna do it again Friday so I reckon it'll ship then.
Well guys I received my T-rex, I am not too impressed with the color scheme - I think SS should have used a lighter tone color and not too much coloration, it's takes the details away. The color tone is darker than the one that SS displays, call me crazy but my favorite so far it's still the carnotaurus. Even the pose of T-rex it's kind of weird you either have to look at the head or the body, it's like you can not capture it's whole glory. The scars look kind of fake, not so realistic, I suppose it's because they are old scars and not a fresh wound so I guess it makes sense. I don't know about you guys but SS has to stop using that crappy white foam it gets all over and in the cracks of the statue, it drives me crazy, I rather pay 5.00 or more and get the better kind, the gray foam, you know what I am talking about. One more thing while I was writing this I kept looking at T-rex and it's like everytime I take a glance it kind of grows on me, It's a little weird, I am quite tired from work so mabey I do not see everything the way I should. I looked at it again, looks pretty awsome, final thought T-rex looks solid and another great piece to my collection but I still think it could of have been done a little lighter on the color tone.
Pics perhaps, or I guess I can wait until tomorrow.

Mine will be here on the 8th. I guess its a good thing I had the card difficulty, because now I'll be home to sign for it where if it had gone out on time I wouldn't have. I can't wait to get this. The Carnotaurus is lonely.

The paintwork was perfect on mind, not too dark or too pastel at all; amazing!
Very inspiring post. The best so far in an already awesome line... I'm not surprised but I am very glad to hear it will live up to my lofty expectations! :chew
