Latest SS Newsletter says the Rex has been pushed back to an October release. Bummer. But at least September is almost over.

That´s strange... I have got mine this tuesday.... 196/350. The piece is just amazing -> perfect paint job, ueber details and astonishing sculpt :)

(I´m from Austria and purchased it from a german shop)

Post pics palllll.............talk is just talk until I see it with my own eyes.

...And what do you mean an ES of 350...it says 150 on the website:confused::confused::confused:

I`m sorry for the bad images... today there is not that much light in my living room and the akku of my dslr was at 1%. So I had to take the pictures fast, without flash and several additions zu have more ligt for the sensor. The original is just so much greater then you can see it on this pictures... really outstanding!

Dang, you are the envy of everyone on this thread! Very strange that you managed to get one already, not quite sure how that happened. Gotta say, the details look gorgeous.

At least we can be reassured of the paint apps quality on those early in-hand pics. Now how to reconcile such an early delivery vs. SS's purported Oct. release date.

I know I'm puzzled by it. I recall a Star Wars figure or two or maybe more, were in China before Sideshow started shipping theirs out. I don't recall how that happened.

It is exciting to hear its got good paint apps. I can't wait to get my hands on it, I hope Sideshow starts shipping them very early in October.

I have a shop in Germany and i have it too. Nobody really knows why we have these first. Funny thing is, we still not have the Carnotaurus... lol

Sometimes the regular editions ship quite a bit before the exclusives, but this might be the largest gap yet.

:dunno :huh :dunno

I`m sorry for the bad images...

Bad images? My good fellow, the images are certainly enough to whet my appetite! AND to affirm that the quality on this maquette is up to par with the pieces currently available. I can't wait to see it in person, and from the looks of these in-hand pictures, it may very well be my favorite in the line at this point.
