i was in the upper west side of manhattan yesterday and this guy walks by with a RVCA shirt on..i was about to scream "Nash...is that you??" but i am weird enough already lol.

Serves him right. Tim Sylvia left the UFC with one fight left on his contract to fight for Affliction and more money. First bad sign was that the UFC happily agreed to let him out of his contract. Second bad sign was he left a tried and true org for an upstart North American org that didn't know ish about the MMA business. Now, Goober is screwed and fighting for peanuts in the bush leagues. Adrenaline was/is supposed to take over the UFC though.. so it's not all bad.

Now Kampmann will be fighting Paul "Semtex" Daley who's making his UFC debut. Sucks.. Paul is a good fighter but even with a win I doubt he'll get a title shot and this match was supposed to be a #1 contender for the WW title match.

I like how people on that site are all upset about it. I guess they don't know what a "Stand-in" is.
Derek Mears is playing Jason again in the sequel. Stand-ins are simply for framing shots/lighting/setting up shots. It's nothing significant. It's about as spectacular as a movie "Extra".

Thanks for posting that. I just went to the other forum and read up on he possibly not fighting and I thought "what????" Supposedly UFC Primetime was going to come back for this fight and it's in his home town after TUF 10. Everything is leading up to this fight and somebody says it's canceled. It just didn't make any sense.
