Preach it, Brother Darkness! I've been a huge fan of Hansen's for a long time, so it was nice to see him win a championship. Too bad a reserve fighter had to be used, but Hansen deserved that spot over anyone not named Eddie Alvarez. Speaking of Alvarez, he was in another FOTY candidate against Kawajiri. What a year he has had! It reminds me of Shogun's rise to stardom in Pride's 2005 GP. Really, all of these fighters are incredible. I hate to see any of them lose.

As for the future, I can't wait for Alvarez/Hansen II. I also want to see Kawajiri/Uno, as they have some beef stemming from Uno's victory over Ishida, Kawajiri's teammate. Aoki/Alvarez needs to happen, as well.

i like GSP, he reminds me of Jean Claude for some reason , but both penn and GSP r better fighters than when they first when at it, but i would much rather see Faber vs. Penn. Penn isnt Silva, he needs to beat all of the best in lightweight before moving up for another title shot
