He's been around. Had three fights/three wins on smaller cards (1 KO, 1 TKO, 1 UD Decision) and then lost to Joe Riggs (UD Decision) in his last fight for Strikeforce on the Lawler vs. Shields card.

No clue. Forrest lost to and looked like crap against A.Silva but then again so does everyone else who's fought him so far. Tito hasn't fought in almost 2 years. Not sure about this one. Both have something to prove. Could be a great fight or it could be a disaster depending on how rusty Tito is.

Nice bro! I caved in and ordered that red/white and also the black/red Fedor shirts which came yesterday. They looked to good to pass up just to have. Plus the site had them for $28 and i like supporting RVCA.
Can't wait to see the 107 Penn walk-out T soon.

After watching the first 3 episodes its refreshing to see Couture and Lidell NOT going for each other's throats during the episodes. Its good to see the coach's getting along and realizing that the show doesn't revolve around them and that its about the other dudes. I DON'T like the "road rules" challenges and prefer the weekly fights of the later seasons.
