Dont really like him but I agree Dan Hardy isnt the #1 contender

yep i dont see hardy as anywhere near close to the #1 contender.

But a hardy/kos fight to determine that for sure would be fun to watch imo.

I always got the impression that the Hardy/Swick fight was a #1 contender fight by default. Since GSP had already beaten the other true #1 contenders in Fitch and Alves (who haven't done much since those losses to deserve another title fight). Paulo Thiago could've challenged if he hadn't have lost to Fitch. Koscheck could've as well if he hadn't of been TKO'ed by Thiago. Everything got Fubar after certain guys hit some snags along the way. So Swick (undefeated at WW at the time) and Hardy (still undefeated at WW in the UFC) were the only guys left.

Nice to see Kosh win, his last TKO was very controversial if you ask me.

very true, but looking at hardy's past opponents one wouldnt think that would earn someone a title shot. sad that the WW division has been pretty much cleaned out.

Tito said he fought with a fractured skull after the fight and Forrest said he fought with a broken foot. They both seem to want a rubber match.
