There was a sherdog thread about Brock practicing his walkout for the Cain Velasquez fight. Here's the video:

I'm sorry, I just do not see Sonnen beating Silva. If Silva fights to his full potential, there's just nobody in middle, light heavy, or even welter weight that can beat him. The ***** in his armor is his own arrogance. The blue-print for beating him was laid out in the last round of his fight against Maia. Make him feel like the utmost dominant fighter and get him relaxed, and THEN open up on him and catch him by surprise. Other than that, the guy is just too damn good. Sure, anyone can win on a fluke any given day. Just take GSP vs. Serra 1. GSP showed in their second fight that he was the completely dominant fighter of the two, and that's saying something. But, to dominate Franklin like that twice, to get completely dominated by Henderson on the ground and then submit him the next round, to make Forrest Griffin look like nothing more than an average sparring partner ... I just do not see Sonnen doing it.

He does. Just youtube 'Cain Velasquez interview in spanish'. He might not know it like someone born and raised in a primarily spanish speaking country...

Yeah, I was of the 'Marquardt will destroy Sonnen' opinion. I also thought the same about Okami before that. I am not counting Sonnen out again.

I'll do that for you.

:hi5: Words of wisdom.

Sonnen should work on the flying heel hook technique. :D

Very funny. :lol

I think GSP, Shogun, and Bones would have a ligitmate chance at beating Silva, and nobody would call it a fluke. Hes far from unbeatable; he just hasnt faced anyone on the same level as him from a striking stand point in a very very long time. If he was fighting elite strikers his whole time in the UFC, I would be suprised if he looked so dominant as he does now.

Forrest was a decent striker especially with his kicks but yeah, he hasnt fought any really good strikers in awhile.

Shogun vs Silva

Official so far for UFC 119:

Big Nog vs. Mir II
Lil Nog vs. Bader
Lytle vs. Serra II

I think the event name is going to be: Rematch City. :lol

I agree that Shogun/Silva is one of the biggest superfights that could be made right now. However, Shogun has to deal with Rashad Evans wrestling next year.

Bones ... that kid will be the next Anderson Silva. Give him 2-3 more years and he'll be considered the best pound for pound fighter. Just amazing athlete.

You mean after the Evans/Machida interim title fight, Shogun is going to smash the Dragon again. Shogun is having knee surgey and will out a while.
