agreed dude. as much as I back him up...i have to admit he either didnt prepare properly or was just out-matched. Penn did afterall have to move up a weight class just to fight....BUT that isnt an excuse. But, it is fair to say that he was at a disadvantage from the get go due to it.

With his talent he had chances to beat GSP, but it's obvious his gameplan wasn't even executed. This is a tough loss for me and any Penn fans, i dont even remember the last time when he lost like this.

And for the UFC it is GOOD PUBLICITY. imagine if you had two main event fighters who are both quiet and dont say a word. do you think the company would get the maximum exposure that it wants? Sorry to my canadian friends, but im going to have to root for my hometown boy tonight.

BJ turned GSP's face into a mess the first time they fought, AND this is when BJ was hardly even training. Ever since his losses to pulver and gsp, BJ has been a man on a mission and training his ass off and it has shown. He dispatched Pulver with ease (could have probably done it with one hand tied), took out sherk who many many people were sure would destroy Penn. Now the GSP fans will have to see their hero go down.

One thing GSP doesnt have that BJ does, is BJ is one crazy mother ^^^^er. That mental toughness is going to be the edge for BJ in this fight.

And as much as I love Ken-Flo, you are just being retarded if you think that he can even touch BJ.

Complete domination and I didn't see any complaints from BJ when his corner stopped it. He was done. Fight should've been stopped in the 4th anyways but the ref let it go. You see WHY it should've been stopped though, since after the round ended is when BJ's corner threw in the towel. Fitting, since BJ called GSP a quitter. lmao.

Uh i guess you didnt see where i said "it isnt an excuse" that he had to move up a weight class. but trust me, if youve ever competed in boxing, martial arts, or mma, ONE weight class is a huge difference. But i guess you wouldnt undestand that.

Just came back from the bar seeing this show live ..that was an awesome night in Montreal...GSP is now officially a god in Québec...He was so dominant....I liked Penn too, cause I love the nasty comments he makes about his opponents before matches, but tonight GSP was really the dominant fighter.I'm not much of a MMA connaisseur like some here, but I can tell you that I really enjoy the fight...GSP is a great ambassadeur of the sport here.

Congrats Shai, im sure GSP has the whole country of Canada going nuts right about now. He definitely earned this win, and in a profound way. I just think Penn "should" have done much better, he got caught out of his game plan and that was the beginning of the end.
