I love the Diaz brothers, but yeah I cant really defend the guy for another no show on a BJJ tourney. I know Braulio Estima didnt make weight, but still its BJJ, not really sure why he no showed. Thus the cycle begins...

After reading more into it, I still dont think Nick should have at least showed up. Regardless he donated his purse to charity. Seems to be that basically the weight issue lead into other problems and just bad communications. Again regardless, no excuse to just straight up leave, but at the same time knowing Nick it doesnt surprise me.

Nick Diaz and his camp are a bunch of idiots. Seriously. They say one thing and when that doesn't work out for them, they switch it up to something else even if it completely contradicts what they said earlier.

First the claim was he didn't show up because Braulio missed weight. When that was proven false by Braulio and his people citing a women from Diaz' camp who witnessed him weighing in at 180 lbs (which she confirmed) then suddenly the story changes to "Diaz no-showed because Braulio is hoping to start up an MMA career".

WTF!? Who cares!? What does that even have to do with their agreed upon BJJ match!?

Who cares what dude does after.

No idea how people can stick up for that moron.

Yeah like I said I love those guys, but I cant defend that. In most cases I'll defend him but in this case in my mind theres really no excuse why this didnt happen.

Reminder if you dont have Fuel check Fox Deportes because there going to have the fights as well. It'll be in spanish, but they usually run the interviews in english.

Nick has all kinds of obvious mental health issues ie: social anxiety, Asperger's syndrome and even some sort of schizophrenia. He's self medicating with chronic marijuana abuse which only makes matters worse and worse because pot eventually changes your brain chemistry (which in Nick's case is already very unbalanced) permanently. What happened at the BJJ Expo doesn't surprise me one bit..Nick needs proper psychiatric treatment

What diagnostic criteria are you basing this on Dr Phil??

Well dont quote me on that, I just know usually they dont show them so quickly. You might be right about the re-run because of boxing competition.

I rarely watch the UFC anymore, but I caught the Zombie fight tonight, what an epic fight. Zombie a 2:1 dog :cuckoo: guess the odds-makers aren't always right. This was a great fight, great submission.

So, it looks like he earned a title shot from that fight?

I know alot of people don't see him having a snowballs chance, but I think it will be a good fight and he does seem to surprise the most when people count him out.

Add to the point that his submission skills are severely underrated he's got a really good chance at the title. He likes to brawl, but really has the ground game covered too.
