I still think Faber could be Cruz, though Cruz won't be champ if he fights the interim holder. I don't even remember his name it's been so long since he fought. The women fights are always entertaining cause they go so crazy. Technique is horrible most of the time, but it's entertaining.

The women easily earned fight of the night. As for Uriah Hall, I feel like he gave that fight away. I dont think he was to worried about winning that fight. He knows hes a hot commodity and hes proven what he can do. I cant wait to see him fight again.

Regarding Uriah, I thought the same thing. It seemed like he was holding back or paid off or something. It didn't make sense. Maybe he couldn't focus because he was constipated?

Same here. Everytime Uriah kicked Kevin it was painful to watch. Kevin was the better man that night though.

Hall looked over confident and he looked like a guy that wasn't worried about being taken down, to bad he didn't have any jj to overcome that.

pretty good night of fights. I agree, I thought Bendo won rds 3-5. I admit, I never heard of that Tomson guy before cause I never watched SF stuff all that much, so I was shocked to see him TKO Nate without throwing very many punches. That was awesome. Can't wait for next weekend.

WOW. So Bendo/Melendez was a split decision because one judge scored the fight for Melendez (48-47). The problem? That judge is Wade Vierra.

As Julius (Benson's brother) noted via Twitter in the aftermath of Bendo's title defense, Vierra is "an affiliate student" connected with GracieFighter, the very same team run by Cesar Gracie—mentor to Nick Diaz and Nate Diaz, as well as Melendez.

LOLZ!

Guarantee you've seen him before though, just didn't know it. He's the dude Yves Edwards KTFO with that crazy flying head kick in the UFC. It's on all the highlight reels, KO shows, etc.

I think I recall that. I like Yves, hope he didn't get cut.

Wow, talk about conflict of interests. I guess they don't check stuff like that out :cuckoo:. Oh well, Bendo still won....bring on Pettis 2
