Yeah it was more of a heel hook than anything, but yeah the dude is known for holding onto locks well after the fight has been stopped. I think its funny that he cant figure out why he was let go. He still doesnt think he did anything wrong.

Funniest moment last night for me was when DHK KO'ed Silva and in the slo-mo replay you could see Joe Silva going nuts with excitement about it. That dude LOVES his job!

Hard for a HW to compete against Cains motor. I'm surprised JDS didn't drill cage positioning to separate. He just accepted being pushed up against it all night just like in the 2nd fight.

I don't know who beats Cain now. DC and Cain will never fight due to Bromance reasons. Jon is gonna have to move up because soon they will need each other. Or shall I say Dana will need them to fight each other. For JDS, he may get to have his coveted Overeem fight or a rematch with a new and improved Werdum.

Yeah I love Junior but tonight he showed how one dimensional he really is. I mean he couldnt do much to Cain in the clinch and he was barely stopping those take down attempts.
I almost highly doubt hes a BJJ black belt as well. It makes me wonder if its one of those situations in which being that he was a champion and trains with a bunch of former champions they just "gave" him his black belt. I mean Ive seen it before just for being associated with a school because it will look better on the camp and the fighter when its time for sponsors and name recognition. I dont know this for a fact though, I could just be talking out my ***. Regardless Junior really needs to improve his all around game. Throwing the overhand right all night long isnt going to work forever which we seen tonight.

He's just stuck in his ways. Once a fighter, in particular a boxer, wins with his hands all they want to do is stand up. But Cain is definitely no Shane Carwin and outclasses JDS in wrestling and in BJJ. I hate to say it because I like Cigano but he is now a gatekeeper.

I had Cain winning this, but I really like Junior and was just surprised to see him get kicked around again. As for Werfum vs Cain, now that will be interesting being as how his stand up is so improved and I dont doubt hes a true BJJ black belt. Im not sure if he'll want to go straight to the ground, but he wont be afraid of being taken down like Junior seemed to be and backing up to the fence.

Where does Junior go from here, Im not sure. Im sure he'll be back, but when is just a matter of time. More people are going to figure his game out.
