Hendrick got robbed.

Rory sux.

Keep your head up Chael. Maybe its time for u to hang up the gloves too.

In regards to the main event Johnny won his fight similar to Michael Chandler winning in his most recent fight

The reality is they both lost and it is what it is. I thought Johnny and Chandler both won, but going back judging both fights round by round according to the unified rules, I see how GSP and Alvarez were awarded the victories.

I seen the score cards on twitter. One of the judges gave round 1 to GSP which made the difference. Johny won that fight and now GSP talks about taking another vacation and even retirement. I hope he gives Johny his rematch and goes away forever.

Even a fight he didnt technically win, he wins by decision. That should have been Johnys decision and belt. I think the judges are so used to GSP winning by decision they were just like ehh give it to George. I say bull****, but whatever mma judging is horrible, not that we dont already know this.

I have to say I was crazy surprised to see Tyron bringing the KO. I underestimated his striking and he proved himself. I wont doubt him like that.

Woodley is a monster. Dude is a freak.

Im watching the post fight press conference and Dana is suggesting rematch in UFC 171. Hes not happy about George saying he wants to take time off again.

** Edit -

Dana said GSP went right to the hospital. Hes not at the presser. Johny walks in and smiles and sits down.

Lawler just said "let George leave for a year or so, me and johny fight for the interim, then when GSP comes back I'll beat him up too"

GSP just showed up at 1:55 and looks like hell. Dana said I only gave him 1 round and that was rnd 3.

Yeah, it's always great to see a lay n prayer get a KO. Also good to see play it safe Rory get beat up and pout because he didn't get a BS decision (even though one judge did).

I don't really care for GSP but that's got to be a crappy way to retire (if he is) getting booed after a gift decision.

After watching the post fight presser, GSP must have some trouble at home. He says he is stressed out and can't sleep at night. Sounds like girl trouble. You don't spend enough time with me George. Its either me or the UFC...lol. I hope its nothing worse than that though. GSP is a class act. Reminds me the way Silva was talking after he lost.

if dana white said that he's an idiot…explain to me how he didn't win round 5…I'm in the minority I had gsp winning…I gave him round 1, where he was the aggressor and thus had control, round 3, and round 5…in round 3 he out punched him 31-15 in shots landed, and round 5 hendricks did nothing….in round 1 to reiterate yes hendricks got the takedown at the end but it doesn't erase gsp pressing and being the aggressor during a majority of that round…thus the round goes to the champ…regardless how much damage hendricks did in rounds 2 n 4, damage isn't a scoring criteria.

I had Hendricks winning 1-4 and GSP got round 5 because Hendricks coasted. Most of the punches Rogan said GSP landed especially in round 3 were slipped by Hendricks while Hendricks was mostly counter punching. You could say GSP outworked him in the 3rd but he hardly landed anything clean the entire fight, mostly glancing blows. Clean and effective striking count more for me than high volume, I honestly don't see how they called that many shots landed for GSP unless they count every glancing blow. :slap

Hendricks had the fight, but he done damage and then coasted, he could of finished GSP but done just enough in each round to win the round in his opinion, that was his mistake, GSP didn't do much damage but he was constantly active and pushing the pace which the judges always seem to love, i get that Johnny won the fight based on damage, but everywhere else it was a close call and not as one-sided as everything thinks it was, GSP had the more varied attack and kept attempting to win, Hendricks done his damage and thought he'd done enough and just carried on left hand hunting and countering GSP's attacks. On second watching i scored it a draw but it's another close fight that could of gone either way. RD1 - draw, 3 & 5 GSP, 2 & 4 Hendricks

The judging system needs to be changed to nerf the importance of octagon control a little and add damage as a factor at the minimum.

Damage isnt scored. Octagon control is in the centre and pushing forward.

Hendricks didn't do that as much as GSP did.

I saw no one winning or losing. Draw at best.

Damage is scored by using the word "effective." Effective striking is supposed to trump number of strikes.

Being in the centre and pushing forward sounds more like a definition of aggression.

Octagon control refers to determining the pace and position of the fight.

I dunno what I even saw last night ...
I dunno if it was the Beers .... But TO ME GSP Didn't even look like He won that fight, and Hendricks got seriously robbed ... then GSP Ran off with the Title.

Dana is calling for the NV Governor to step in.

“The governor needs to step in and fix the incompetence that is happening in the state of Nevada that used to be the best commission in the world,” said White following the event. “It’s absolutely, 100 percent incompetence, and it needs to stop.”

“Does anybody here think that Johny Hendricks didn’t win the fight?. I’m blown away that Georges St-Pierre won that fight. And listen, I’m a promoter. He’s the biggest pay-per-view star on the f---ing planet for me, and I still don’t think he won that fight.

“I want what’s fair, and that wasn’t fair. I think the Nevada State Athletic Commission is atrocious. I think the governor needs to step in immediately before these guys destroy the sport like they did boxing.”

Rumor is GSP's personal issues have to do with his sexuality.

If that's the case, hopefully he does come out and gets back to fighting. I could care less if he's is gay or not. I don't believe that's the case though.

He seemed to be in another world after the fight. He got some major issues. Is there any explanation of what the problem is?
