how much they will cut do u think coz i have paid already 325$+80$ shipping

I would contact SSC immediately and demand they reimburse full payment back. If they decline to reimburse the shipping back you will need to contact your credit card company for full refund. If u can prove SSC false advertise the product & you are an unexpecting buyer, you will get full money back. I would caution SSC too that u will take this to your credit card company. I think a company like SSC will reimburse in full.

Unfortunately, those kind of credit card protection we have here does not exist in Asia. His credit card issuing bank will probably tell him to settle direct with the merchant which in this case is Sideshow.
 
I'm going to email directly to Mike Tolentino about this with the pics & uTube link. I think it's better to go to the top of the customer department and voice my concerns about this.

lets see i will ask SS today what if i refuse to take my shipment ?? i really dont want to argue with them. SS is very good company n like to have good transctions with them in future.......its so feeling bad that this statue is turned out as not worth buy.....lets hope they will try to understand me:pray:
 
I wouldn't refuse it. Technically Fedex have to take it back to the shipper eventually but there'll be penalties. I'm sure Sideshow are legally covered on that score. Better to receive the thing and go through the proper channels for returns if you don't want it.

You never know, it might even turn up with breakages, in which case the process is very simple. Sideshow will ask you to smash the piece up and then they'll refund you. (Though you'd still have to claim any import duties and taxes back from your Customs.)

Sucks that the thing is already on its way though, I know. A lot of people are realising what a disapointment this one is just a little too late.

Sorry to hear that Dhaval. I'm going to talk to my shipping department later today and what would be the best course to take on this situation.

That's bs what sideshow is doing, you shouldnt be forced to accept this considering the money spent. Call sideshow up demand a full refund, even if they refuse. You have to voice your concern, or if english isnt your first language email them until they do something about it.

SS must think us collectors are a bunch of fools they can push around, any idiot with a pair of eyes can see the difference in those 2 pictures.

Cant let them get away with keep pulling this kind of crap on us.

I'm interested as well. I'd really hate to pay some hefty custom charges for that crappy statue. I'll email SSC today and tell them I'm thinking about refusing the parcel
 
@DHAVAL. If you receive your statue and you demand a refund they will pay the shipping cost also back. And if you can prove the customs you send it back/destroyed the statue you don't need to pay them. So basically you will not loose any money.

I just wrote Sideshow to voice my concerns, I'll let you know when they reply (hopefully before the statue gets here)
