dude, i would be the last one to stick up for deckard, so don't think i'm doing that... but the brits have that "u" in a lot of the american "or" words. it's the correct british spelling. e.g. colour and color.

I really think digging into how much someone spends is going to far... $25 since July of 2010 on eBay does not amount to much unless you are trying to find something to _____ about.

Do what you all must legally, ethically, morally, etc... but leave this thread alone for those with commissioned items that are awaiting them.

See, here's my problem with the situation (and for the record, I am not yelling, I am not throwing accusations, I am trying to discuss this calmly and rationally.)

It's not that Josh is buying things for himself, it's that Josh is not doing anything to rectify the situation. People are getting upset because there is no forward motion towards resolution.

Even the whole deal with Carl picking up the figures and parts... at this point, it's all still just talk on a message board. Until people actually start getting their stuff returned, people are going to be angry.

Josh, I'm trying to be patient here, but it just gets harder and harder to understand why nothing has been done in such a long time. Do you realize how much good it would do towards the negative vibes around here if you had refunded (Craw, I think,) the couple bucks he had sent you for postage? If you would put my stuff in the box I sent you and hand it to the postal employee?

If you truly, honestly want to make the situation right, you can not let time go by and let someone else do all the work (in this case, Carl picking up the stuff from your house.)

It will not just go away. It doesn't matter if you bought a mask with financial aid money, money you found in the street, or money a family member gave you. The fact is, you just bought $26+ worth of comics when you could have bought $13 worth of comics and refunded $13 to the people you owe money to.

Honestly, I'm not asking for anything extreme - I'm not asking for you to take food and homespace away from your family, I'm asking for you to try and make things better for those who have been inconvenienced by this situation.

You admit that you screwed up and you feel bad about it. Well, if you ever want to feel better about it, you need to take action to make things better.

And for the record, I don't hate you. But I am not thrilled with your actions. I hope you and the rest of the people on this board can understand the difference.

Please do that. I keep seeing a flurry of activity here, and each time, I need to wade through pages of crap just to find out that there is no update. It's getting old.

Micro, that was a great post.. and an argument I can entirely understand. I see a lot of your points. The only thing that held up your package was my own sense of personal pride. I wanted to give you better than what I had at the time. And that is no excuse to hold on to your stuff for as long as I have, especially since you gave me a prepaid box.

Your box went is going out today or tomorrow, I finally just swallowed my pride and am putting it into the mail tomorrow.

While things will change, I think going with your first gut instinct of shutting it down in general Jen is probably best. It's going to get worse from those still waiting. Mods can update can unlock and then relock even post which members have said they have received something in return.

Agreed as well. I really just want my stuff back or sent to Les as I had worked out at one time. I'm gonna have to pay to get them finished but I just want my stuff.

I'm getting some stuff together for shipping this next week, so I will send Josh's stuff to Les, Micro's to him, and Seb's to him. And Carbo, I will respond to your messages (I think it was Facebook, right?)....

I also want those who ordered Ash figures to send me a PM here with your paypal addy and address. This weekend I will gather all the parts for everyone and get them boxed up, and in another week I will go ahead and get them all out. I've been casting heads for the past week in preparation for this, as well as chainsaws for the past month. I will give you all your commission fee's back in a refund, one at a time. KL421, you are first. Every paycheck I will take care of another one of you, that way it doesn't get overwhelming.

And next I will go after the Jason commissions.

I also agree with everyone else here, I think Jen should lock this thread. Nothing good has been said here for months, and I don't see that changing.

I disagree with locking it just so we can see if Josh sent out items to TWO people.
Keep it open so that those of us waiting on an update for shipping from Carl can still get them and just delete any posts that are attacks or are from people with no business here. If it get locked until next Friday for Micro and Seb, then it will be too late for Carl to have shipped anything next week.
