I came here tonight to post a few update pics... and realized the error of my ways in offering items to cover shipping. I thought that since I was finishing off a lot of work that it would be in bad taste to ask those people who had waited so long to cover shipping, so I offered already completed items to try and take care of it. I now realize that this also was a bad idea... because I will always have people who are out to get me no matter what. So... Forget that I did that.
Even though I don't have a job now I will do what I can to keep things going and take care of what shipping I can. I'm working on a lot of projects to take care of money while I paint people's stuff that I owe. Anyway... enough of my whining... here are your updates...

Thanks man! As for the selling... well, I understand that at this site I have a LOT of enemies. Whether they were people that thought that I was some scammer out to take everyone's money maliciously, or that I was making up all of the stuff that was happening in my life, or whatever... But these people will always complain to the moderators and continue to throw sticks in my bike chain. I know that I deserve at least a little bit of the crap slinging, at the very least for not being on here and explaining to people what was going on...
I wasn't trying to make anyone sign onto anything that was a work in progress or something that would need work before shipping. It was all finished stuff with no worries at all. So I don't get why it wouldn't be ok to do that, especially if it was to help keep me supplied so that I can finish the work and get it out to everyone. But whatever... I'm done here anyway. I won't be here once this is done, the damage was too severe to all parties involved and too much has been said about it. I used to let it get to me, but I don't anymore. I won't let it sabotage my good vibes and my renewed artistic drive. The stakes are too high. People need their stuff back, and they will get it back. After that, my enemies can rest easy that they will never have to read another one of my posts ever again.

It's great that you got your artistic mojo back and are wanting to get things done.....but you are correct. There is a lot of damage that was done here. It's not that anyone hates you....it's just you screwed up big time and it's only fair that there are consequences for that. Selling privileges is one of those. No one is out to get you....you just need to realize that this situation is one you created for yourself. We all hope you get out of it...most people I would say are rooting for you to do so. But you also got to understand, that many people gave you money and really didn't get what they had paid for. They may have gotten their items back....but in many instances, it was incomplete. You need to do right by them and taking other people's money on this board, when you still owe so many people, is not the way to do it.

I'll just sell on Ebay. I'm not trying to stir up old wounds or hurt anyone. All I was doing was trying to help ensure that this whole situation can go off without a hitch, smoothly. Without money, it will be slow moving. I have work here, READY to ship. Yet I cannot ship, due to the loss of my job. I have my bills covered, I wasn't trying to use people's money to cover my bills or wants/desires. I was covering materials and shipping.
Like I said on Facebook, I guess redemption is impossible on Sideshow Freaks. Any other customizer on this board could very well be me one day. And I can guarantee that there will be others, I won't be the last. Life strikes and it strikes hard. Jobs can be lost, family members can die, depression can strike, sickness can affect the artist or loved ones, children, etc. Or they can hit all at once. But rest assured it will happen.
I won't debate this any longer, nor will I offer up anything any longer. I'll continue to post updates, and will let people know when their stuff is ready. But for my international orders and heavier orders... I will have no choice but to charge for shipping. I didn't want to, but my hand is forced.
And for those people following me on facebook, or friends of mine on Xbox...or wherever else you see me... if you are there only to watch my every move and to comment here if I ever have a moment of fun or enjoyment.... please remove yourself from my friends list and get a life. I'm not only a failed artist I am also a person. Try to remember that.

josh... you have to look at things from another perspective. you seem to think everyone is against you and only out to be vindictive. i paid you $120 to paint some heads. i waited 3.5 years and then had to pay carl to ship back my unpainted heads. i said i didn't want a refund because i thought you could use the money. i haven't said anything about your sales thread or anything else, because yeah you probably have the right to sell and make money for shipping. but seeing it left me severely disappointed - i'm not a millionaire. i'm still a student. yes i can afford toys, but not to throw money away. this whole going away, coming back, suddenly agreeing to finish work, selling new items thing just makes me feel worse about pretty much flushing all that money down the drain. i haven't done anything about it coz well ____ it. it seems others have though.

I understand man, I don't think people are out to get me or anything... and I can totally see how it would make you feel. I don't want to do that to anyone. And that is exactly why I won't ever be offering anything here ever again, it's not right to do that.
Let's just forget that I ever did it... Let's just focus on the work that is going out... And I will be out of everyone's hair soon... just give me time. I will disappear and not remind anyone of this entirely *****ed up couple of years.

I offered to pay Josh for shipping a long time ago, there is no question that a Joker 1/6 figure would fit in a flat rate Priority Mail box; I was told that he would just spend the money on other things and to not bother.
If after 3 years all I need to do is kick down $5, it seems beyond trivial at this point. You want $5, Josh?

Alright listen, here is what I am going to do. If people want to help with shipping, you will get a free Nick Fury casting. If you don't want to help, I can take care of it. International orders will especially need shipping help, but all others have the option. That's not in bad taste is it guys? A $35 value for $5-10 for shipping? It's a free item, nobody can hate on a free item.

But I definitely have unpainted Loomis heads, you rock as always Ski.
Updates for everyone. I drilled the Jokers, started painting the socks and ties, gloves and shoes. I finished two Anakins, and Luke just needs the bruising. (by the way I need to find out who has the other Anakin...I know that the other is for LOPIE) I also am 90% finished with an Ape Gorilla for Steve, and halfway done with the Jason masks for the VIII's.
I'll have pics up soon, I have to go somewhere with the Wife and will be back to paint more later.

Awesome Neehar! He will be sealed up nice and glossed, then boxed. The gun is already boxed and ready to go... so I will be able to ship these out to you soon. 
And another update... Ape head is complete, Anakin X2 done, Luke done, Joker socks, ties, shoes, gloves all done. The first Joker is complete and ready to go, the rest will be coming very shortly, I do have one shirt to paint but it won't take long. Deckard, and the two Rutger heads are almost finished as well. Pics will come soon...probably tomorrow. Now, off to sleep...

You know what Matt? Keep your $5. I know I've let you down, I know I'm late as Hell... But you have called me everything from crook, coward, to calling me basically a bad role model and father to my son. I don't want your damn money. Your Joker is pictured above. PM your address. I'm sending it to you this week. And after you get it, leave me alone. Stop badmouthing me when you don't know me. You'll get your figure, that I will admit is loooooong overdue. But you will cease these comments and this BS you have been shoveling my way for years.

Truth is, I actually defended you at one point; and then you stopped coming by (again), and well, I have been waiting for over 3 years --- for action figures. That is what it all boils down to, it is really just comical when you think about it. It certainly isn't about the money for me, I couldn't care less, it is about a commitment, and one I was determined to make sure you would follow through on. I will certainly leave you alone from this point forward - well when I actually GET the figure - trust me, there won't be any more commissions, hah! Josh, you said in 2009 that Rorschach was done (which galactiboy took off my hands) and that the Joker was 90% complete -- you are hardly in a place to tell me what I can and can't say.

However, your actions outside of that, in direction relation to this fubar'ed situation you are in with a huge number of members here has at times been filled with cowardice. If not cowardice, definitely ignorance and insensitivity, even your latest attempt to gather funds revealed you as naive.
Either way, it doesn't matter in the end; you will have your reasons/justifications and the best thing to happen will be to just move on.
