I would prefer an actual screen shot. I see differences in the helmet even just between the shots that have been used to compare to Sideshow's.

The helmet is perfect as far as I've ever heard

I'm pretty sure I'm gonna cancel this... I like the look, but really just want a basic B&W clone, not a bunch of different color schemes. I got that out of my system with the Hasbro figures

I think it's important to identify the source of the image - is it a screen cap? Another product? A publicity still?

That's actually an interesting point, tons of products made of it, but I'm not sure. The ones when Yoda, Obi-Wan and Mace are flying have subtle grey on them, I'm not sure where there were plain clones in the movie.

I guess there were in the background... Hasbro & Medicom made them, so I assume Sideshow would.

Let me get something straight.

My desire to compare the Sideshow helmet to a screenshot is out of curiosity alone. Long ago, I established my own opinion on the likenesses' perfection being unimportant to me so long as it is a good representation of the character. And this Sideshow Phase II Clonetrooper is completely cool with me.

In fact, based on some screen shots that I have seen, the GG and other helmets that are being used to tout perfection are far from perfect.

Once again...curiosity only. I love SS's Clonetrooper figure!

MR made a B&W scaled helmet, so they must exist in the movie. I'd be tempted to order one of these if Sideshow made it so I could have a trooper evolution. They'd need an AOTC trooper, too.

Where, on the clones that were on that gunship, were the grey markings? I looked for them, but did not see them.

Not that it matters to me. I am easily convinced that even without screen-time. There HAD to be basic white clone armor.

In the Battle of Coruscant in space the Clone trooper gunners were all white if i remember correctly.

Classic stormtroopers offer enough all white for me. If I'm spending the shelf space on a ROTS clone, I'd definately want a color scheme one.

Agreed 100%!

The all-white ones weren't in the movie long enough anyway. And they're kind of boring.

maybe they can split the star wars section into "Star Wars: I am a super anal collector" and "Star Wars: I am not a super anal collector".

actually the 2 sections should be "i'm an anal SW collector" or "i'm sane".
