Actually Angelina Jolie breasts are different sizes, but that's beside the point.
I agree with Darklord that someone needs to show a good comparison of SSCs helmet and shots from the film. I think the helmet is a bit off myself but it seems the helmet changes from scene to scene and photo to photo.

The helmet is a computer model. It doesn't change. I think the SS Helmet looks off, but I will quietly decide to keep it or not. I'm not going to complain about it here.

Thats what I though too but looking at Irish's chart I can see how it is basically the same as if (on an actor likeness) they gave a Mark Hamill sculpt Carrie Fisher's nose and Han Solo's eyes.
The fact that, as Dave said, SS is taking the critique to those responsible says a lot about the complaints being more substantiated than mere "nit picking".
This whole thing reminds me of the talk I had with a few people in the SSC art dept. They were asking me about the original Stormtrooper and if people would find any fault with what they did.
I told them that anal collectors will find fault with anything. If Angelina Jolie was topless in front of them, they would probably say that her nipples were too dark or that the tits weren't level.
This whole debacle proves me right.

This isn't a commentary on the validity of the complaints or nothin. I just know personally I'd be "wait a second" right away if I saw a Luke sculpt with Leia's nose. But with this helmet, I personally don't know the difference without people like Irish pointing it out. Now that is pointed out, I want it fixed, but if they told me they fixed it and sent it out and I got it, I probably really couldn't tell myself if they really did or not unless I sat it down next to pictures. So in that respect its like "if a tree falls in the forest and I didn't hear it, did it make a sound?"

The base argument was that the helmet looks off, which it does, the "nits" was just a detailed list of what factored into that one problem. If the helmet was 99% right and someone said something like the grey should be 80% dark instead of 60%, that'd be rediculous.
The bottom line with the other thread is, people take issue with the innaccurracy and voice it, nothing wrong with it. Others don't take those issues and are tired of seeing the other perspective, that's where the problem arrises. By nature, an internet message board is going to be full of differing opinions and it's just par for the course to sift through what you don't like to find and enjoy what you do. The people who don't care for the critical comments don't have to voice out to the critical people that they're tired of what they're saying, they can just be tired, ignore it, and communicate with the people who are discussing what they'd like to.

I just want to add an apology to everyone participating in here. Most of you know me, I like to think I rarely show a temper. I've enjoyed that for the most part, even if it's all critical thoughts, there has actual been a good discussion in here, people aren't just saying it ^^^^s but actually giving in depth thoughts and commentary behind their opinions, which is refreshing when a lot of threads become "it ^^^^s" and "it's the best ever" and shared opinions have no substance. I looked at how both sides of this figure were clashing and I've noticed thenam's growing frustration with the state of this thread and in my way, I was trying to offer up away that thenam could enjoy the thread more and not be so bothered by the differing opinions in here and maybe I didn't word myself well, but I took the sarcasm towards trying to help poorly and let my temper speak out and again, I'm sorry I did that. I like these threads to be fun and last thing I want is to become the kinda poster that ruins threads.
