Vader PF has left the building!!

I didn't get the final invoice today, but the hold on my credit card was about $35 more than the price of the PF. I think we did get charged for shipping. Is your credit card charge different?

SS tends to do that. I think the hold they put on shipping is always a little more than it actually is, just in case, I guess. But when the bill actually posts, it'll be for whatever shipping was for.

My final shipping cost to CT was just under $32. It's not bad all things considered, but I get a kick out of people overseas who complain about shipping costs (before VAT, etc.) that are less than that!

Haha yea. I got my invoice as well and the total came out to $352 shipped. AWESOME price!

Wofford, SS claims that they ship orders in the order in which they are received, but I'm convinced they don't. I'm sure yours will be out the door in the next couple of days.

I just noticed that the pose of the saber is different on everybody's vader. Yours does not look like the production pics, but I think it looks better as a stand alone piece when it points inward like that.

Actually my box was pretty damn nice. Just some of the edges were roughed and one of the sides the color was a bit faded but nothing was crushed.

Well I finally was able to get the EX Vader PF after searching and losing bids for two years. This piece is just unbelievable but I have an issue. One of the silver prongs on the face mask was broken off and I can't fix it without it being noticeable. I'm at a loss, I don't know if I could ever be happy with it as it stands. I was wondering if I should keep it until I can find a replacement and recoup my money later or try to get my money back from the seller. I was able to get this one for $430.56 shipped. Do you think I would be able to get my money back for this later on or is it even worth it with a new PF Vader on the horizon? I need your help guys, thanks!

Sorry to hear that. If I were you I'd probably return it. Vader is too important a character to have something like that bothering you ever time you look at it. I also want a Vader PF, but I'm holding out for the new one. Even if the new one isn't perfect, it'll probably help lower prices on the original regardless.

Thanks. I was thinking the same thing, just wasn't sure about what to do. I hope the new Vader is awesome like this one is. After seeing this in person I must say it is impressive, very impressive!

Do you have the tusk or is it missing? I got one a couple months ago and mine was broken off also but I had the piece.. used some clear super glue and you literally cant tell...mine was a clean break though...and I am happy to say I got it from someone off craigslist for a whopping $160 shipped

As Apone said if the tusk is clean broken just glue it with a bit of superglue and you can't tell.
