quick update, at 4.30 am, got all i need for the photo etching now, chemicals,digital thermometter ,UV exposure box ,ferric chloride,developer,photo resist, ive prepped a couple of sheets of brass for etching but its just too late to actual expose and etch ...tomorrow night now, heres the patterns printed onto acetate ready for the exposure process onto the prepped brass, they may look fuzzy but thats where they arent held tight down against the brass..

I swear you're like some kind of mad scientist. I remember seeing some of your first Vader figures years ago over at Rebelscum before you even joined this site and I didn't think anything could ever be better. Now you just continue taking them to the next level with each new batch. It's truly impressive and I am beyond excited to soon have one of your customs in my collection.

i think the inner mask is feasable especially now, ladies and gentlemen i give you the first 'final' test on the etching front,fresh out of the acid bath, a bit of clean up with a scalpel and voila'

For now just on a shelf until I decide if I want him posed with Ben in the duel or with a Stormie or Praji. Then I'll make an enclosed case for him.
