Valentine Contest Ode Winners.

I was surprised and happy to see I am one of the three winners today.
The other winners are brfc, and Entropy Chicken


Hopefully this means I get the Green Hornet and Kato statue. What a beautiful, awesome statue and I had wanted one for a long time.

congrats dr2red. i think i won one of those platoon rhah figures from the superbowl contest. i cant believe it. ive never won anything from sideshow before. they must have finally lowered their standards. i hope i win my valentine wish too. i need a free boushh.

There are 120 entries, only about 100 good. If they are giving 3 away a day for every day till Valentines, that is 21 winners. That would be a about a 1:5 or 1:6 shot, which are very good odds.

I'm not very poetic, but I think mine was pretty good if I don't say so myself.

I was hoping that would give them a good laugh I seem to do pretty well on the "skill" contests (when I enter and put the time in) rather than the lukck of the draw ones. Congrats on your win btw.

Anyone know if they are picking winners today and Sunday? I know they are closed, but most of the time they will say "except weekends" on these contest things. I'm just afraid they picked three yesterday to accomidate the weekend and are really only drawing one a day.

Thanks guys! Yeah, I started out serious but quickly changed to humor... I was running out of time or I might have gone back and rewrote the first half to match the last half better! I even looked up Ode on Wikipedia and followed the English Ode regular form (two four-foot lines followed by two three-foot lines)!

Congrats to Red and EC!!! And good luck to all the freaks that entered! I really doubt they would give away a Vampyre life-size bust, but you never know and as they say about the Lottery... you have to be in it to win it!!

They gave away a Darkness PF for EC, so I don't think they can fairly not pick us because of the item. They did say ANY instock item. I'm just sad they haven't updated for two days. Hopefully tomorrow we will get three days worth of winners (9) to make up for it.
